You can fully customize the landing page for your one-time purchase (OTP) via the Dashboard. There are a lot of things to customize, and we’ll walk you through step-by-step to create a high-converting page.
Before You Start: Find Your OTP Program and Attach It to an Offer
In your Creator Dashboard, go to Content → Programs in the left nav.
Click Filter by Sold As and select One-Time Purchase to view your OTP programs.
Find your program and click + Add to Offer to connect it to an Offer.
Inside the Offer, set your price and activate checkout. Your program is now purchasable.
1. Promo Image
Upload your program’s cover image in the “About” section. Things to consider:
Make the title of the program big enough to read in the app
Include a bubble below the title highlighting the program specs (i.e., “4 Weeks”)
Text + background contrast (so you can read it)
For more help, visit our article on creating cover images here.
2. Program Stats
Fill out the “Details” section in the “About” tab for your program. This will auto-populate in the program stats section of your sales page. Things to consider:
What is the goal of your program? (weight loss, toning, endurance, etc.)
What category is the program in? (yoga, running, bodybuilding, etc.)
Is any equipment needed?
What is the difficulty level?
Is it performed at home, in the gym, or outdoors?
3. Logo & Branding
Upload your brand’s logo and choose a color for your brand and landing page in the “Sales Page” section of your program. Things to consider:
Make sure your logo has a transparent background
If the color you’d like is not in our selection menu, input the HEX color for the exact color you’d like
Not sure how to get your hex color? Go to THIS LINK, pick your color, and copy the 6-digit HEX code given
4. Copy
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, customize the copy (aka text) of the sections of your landing page, including the introduction (500 character limit), bio (3,000 character limit), and headline (1,300 character limit). Things to consider:
Use your voice and don’t overthink it!
Keep the wording concise and tell the user exactly what they need to know
Portray the value that users will get from this program
Whenever possible, include a call to action text that will push the user to purchase
5. Workout Previews
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, choose the five workouts that will show as a preview on your landing page. Things to consider:
Include a variety — If your program has a mix of upper body, lower body, cardio, and core workouts, then highlight one of each
This section will show the user the value and breadth of what they will be getting from your program!
Unless you manually add a thumbnail to your workouts, these thumbnails will automatically rotate between screenshots of the exercises in that workout
6. Reviews
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, upload reviews from your program to show social proof to the consumer. Things to consider:
We will auto-populate 3 reviews here if you do not currently have any
You can add as many reviews as you’d like
The more social proof through reviews you can provide here, the better
7. Testimonials
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, upload testimonials with before and after photos from consumers who have done your program before (if applicable). The main difference between this section and the review section is the ability to add photos and videos. Things to consider:
You can add as many testimonials as you’d like
The more social proof through testimonials you can provide, the better
Testimonials with before and after photos will be much better social proof than just text reviews
Consumers want to see real results!
8. Feature Preview
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, you are able to highlight the features of the app with your own app screenshots. Things to consider:
The six features highlighted will have their own stock photo from Playbook already uploaded
If you’d like to put your own screenshot from your specific program, simply take a screenshot on your phone, upload it to your computer, and then upload that screenshot in this section
9. Bonus Material
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, you are able to include a section that highlights any extra material included in the program, such as downloadable PDFs or community access they gain. Things to consider:
You are able to put headline text, body text, and upload two images to highlight this bonus material
The images should be vertical
Consider including a preview of the PDF they will receive or a screenshot of the community group they will gain access to
10. FAQs
In the “Sales Page” section of your program, you are able to customize the FAQ section at the bottom of your landing page. Things to consider:
We auto-populate 3 FAQs in this section for you
You can edit these and add as many additional FAQs as you’d like
Think about what common questions may arise about your program from the consumer, and add answers to those questions here
If questions arise from customers who have already purchased the program that are not included in the FAQ, consider adding those for new customers
