How To Organize and Promote All Your Black Friday Deals Efficiently

Centralize and Promote All Your Black Friday Deals in One Link

Written by Jordan Blake

Black Friday is your biggest sales opportunity of the year — and having a single, simple place for your audience to find all your offers is key to maximizing conversions. This guide walks you through how to organize your deals, share the right links, and track results inside Playbook.

Why You Need a Single Hub Link

A single hub link gives your audience one clear destination for everything you’re offering. Whether you’re selling multiple programs, offers, or PDFs, having all your links in one place makes promotion easier and helps buyers take action faster.

Use Checkout Page Links (Not Landing Pages)

When it comes to discounts, always promote your checkout links — not your landing pages.

Discounts in Playbook are automatically applied through the checkout link, not the landing page.

This means:

  • Share checkout links directly anywhere you promote your offers (social, email, Flodesk, etc.).

  • These links automatically apply your discount at checkout — no extra steps needed for buyers.

  • You can find each checkout link under the specific discount codes that you generate under “promotions”.

⚠️ Important: You cannot embed or activate discounts on landing pages. Only checkout links apply discounts correctly.

How To Structure Your Black Friday Hub

How you organize your hub depends on how many offers you’re selling.

If You Have One Offer

If you’re only selling one item (like a single program, Extra, or offers), simply share your checkout link directly in your bio and all your promotions.

  • Add a clear headline or story post announcing your deal (e.g. “Black Friday: 40% Off My 6-Week Challenge”).

  • Keep your CTA simple and consistent: “Tap the link in my bio to grab your deal!”

If You Have Multiple Offers

If you’re selling multiple items (like a few OTPs, offers, or PDFs), consolidate everything into one hub link using a tool like Linktree.

List each offer clearly, for example:

  • “50% Off Annual Subscription”

  • “30% Off Strength Program”

  • “40% Off Recipe Offer”

Your Linktree should include checkout links only, so each deal automatically applies the discount.

How To Promote Your Hub

Promotion should be simple, visual, and repeated often.

Best Practices:

  • Add your Linktree (or main checkout link) to your Instagram bio.

  • Post a Story or Reel with a clear CTA (“Tap the link in my bio for my Black Friday deals!”).

  • Use countdown stickers and pinned stories during sale week.

  • Mention your hub link in all captions, emails, and Flodesk campaigns.

  • If using ManyChat, set up an automated DM that replies with your hub link when followers comment “DEAL” or “BLACKFRIDAY.”

Tracking Performance in Your Dashboard

Once your offers are live, track your sales and traffic inside the Analytics tab.

  • Go to Analytics → OTP tab to view performance by Offer Name.

  • See total purchases, revenue, and traffic in real time.

You can also view your buyers in the Audience (CRM) tab to see:

  • Who purchased your offers

  • Who downloaded freebies or PDFs

  • Who came through your Black Friday links

Use this data to segment your buyers, follow up with campaigns, and plan future launches.
