Offers let you combine multiple products — such as one-time purchase (OTP) programs, guides, or videos — into one packaged offer. This is perfect for launch offers, super offers, or limited-time collections that provide more value to your customers.
You can bundle:
Multiple OTPs together
A duplicated subscription program and Extras (PDFs, guides, or videos)
Any combination of OTPs and Extras
This flexibility allows you to create collections that match your brand, training style, or launch campaign.
Step 1: Create or Prepare Your Content
Before you build an offer, make sure all your content exists in your Creator Dashboard.
You can include:
OTPs: Programs built as one-time purchases
Duplicated subscription programs: Create a copy and convert it to an OTP if needed
Extras: PDFs, recipe books, videos, guides, or hosted links
If you’re starting with a subscription program:
Duplicate the program.
Convert it to a One-Time Purchase (OTP) version.
Make any edits or updates before including it in your bundle.
You can also upload additional materials (like a PDF guide or video) from your Extras tab to pair with your OTPs for added value.
Step 2: Build Your Offer Through the Offer Flow
Once your programs and Extras are ready, you’ll combine them into a single package using the Offers tool.
To create your Offer:
Go to Offers in the left-hand navigation bar.
Click + Add New Offer.
Fill out your offer details:
Name: The name of your offer (e.g., “New Year Strength Offwe” or “Super Nutrition & Training Pack”).
Price: The total cost of the full offer.
Features: A short list of what’s included (e.g., number of programs, bonus PDFs, or videos).
Programs: Add your OTPs or duplicated subscription programs.
Extras: Add PDFs, guides, or videos you’d like to include.
Description: Write a brief overview highlighting what buyers will receive and why it’s valuable.
Save your offer when complete.
This creates a single checkout page where users can purchase all content together in an offer.
Step 3: Publish and Start Selling
Once your offer is created:
Go to your Channel Landing Page and publish it so it appears on the Playbook homescreen.
Copy your App Channel Link to share with customers.
When shared:
On desktop, buyers will see a QR code to open your channel in the Playbook app.
On mobile, the link will take them to download Playbook (if needed) and then directly to your channel, where they can purchase your offer.
Step 4: Replacing or Updating Offer Content
You can update your offer after it’s live without losing your existing customer access. There are two ways to do this, depending on what you want to achieve.
Option 1: Replace Content for New Purchasers Only
If you want to keep all previous buyers’ access but offer something new going forward:
Open the Offer.
Click Duplicate Offer.
Add your new content and remove the old content.
Archive the old offer.
Publish the new offer.
Your landing page design, pricing, and features are maintained, but your checkout link will change. Share the new link with your audience.
Option 2: Replace Content for All Purchasers
If you’ve updated a file and want every buyer to receive the new version, you can replace the asset inside the Extra.
To do this:
Open the Extra you want to update
Replace the root asset (for example, upload the new PDF or video)
Return to your Offer and confirm the Extra is still attached
All past and future purchasers of the Offer will automatically receive access to the updated file. Buyers will always retain access to any content that was part of the Offer at the time they purchased, even if you later archive or change the Offer itself.
Note: The social features like Direct Messaging, Community, and Livestreamng can be enabled/disabled on existing Offers, so users who already own the Offer will either gain access immediately to the enabled social feature or lose access to the disabled one.
Step 5: Archiving and Deleting After Purchases Have Occurred
If you’ve already sold an Offer and now need to remove or hide a piece of content, follow the guidelines below.
Scenario: The Same PDF Exists in Both a Subscription and an OTP Offer
If a PDF appears in both your subscription and an OTP Offer and you want to remove it everywhere:
Remove it from your Subscription
Hide or archive the PDF inside your subscription so active subscribers no longer see it. This change does not affect OTP buyers.Understand OTP Limitations
If an OTP Offer already has transactions, you cannot delete the PDF from that Offer. Buyers keep lifetime access to whatever content was included at the time of purchase.Fully Remove the PDF From All Access Points
Go to your Extras tab
Locate the PDF and archive it
This hides the PDF from both subscription content and any future OTP purchases
However, all existing OTP purchasers will continue to retain access to it
Create a Clean Version of the Offer
To ensure new buyers do not receive the archived PDF:Duplicate your OTP Offer
Remove the archived PDF from the duplicated version
Publish the new OTP Offer
Archive the original Offer that contained the PDF
Your newly published Offer will maintain the same structure, pricing, and setup, but will have a new checkout link and will no longer include the archived PDF for future buyers.
Best Practices for Offers
Name your offer clearly so it communicates the value (“Total Transformation Offer,” “Training + Nutrition Pack,” etc.).
Mix content types — combine workouts with guides, recipe books, or videos for a well-rounded product.
Create themed offers around events or goals (e.g., “Holiday Reset Offer” or “Launch Week Starter Kit”).
Use pricing strategically — offer discounts (30–50% off total value) often increase conversions.
Update regularly to keep offers fresh and re-engage past customers.
