If you have an existing subscription program that you want to sell as a one-time purchase, you can easily convert it by duplicating it and moving the duplicate to your OTP section. Once converted, you can add it to a new offer.
Step 1: Duplicate Your Subscription Program
To convert your program, start by creating a duplicate. Duplicating a program allows you to preserve all workouts, structure, and media while making any adjustments needed for your new OTP version.
To duplicate a program:
Go to your Programs tab in the Creator Dashboard.
Hover over the program you’d like to duplicate.
Click the ••• (three dots) on the top-right corner of the program card.
Select Duplicate Program from the dropdown menu.
A copy of the program will appear in your Programs list.
Rename the new version to make it clear that it’s the OTP version (for example, “4-Week Strength – OTP”).
Once duplicated, you can edit the new version as needed—adjust pricing, update descriptions, or modify workouts to fit a one-time purchase format.
Step 2: Move the Program to OTP
After duplicating, move the program to your OTP section.
Open the duplicated program.
Locate the Program Type setting and switch it from Subscription to One-Time Purchase (OTP).
Review the program details to ensure everything is correct.
Save your changes.
Your new OTP program is now ready to be added to an offer.
Step 3: Add the Duplicated Program to an Offer
Once your OTP program is set up, you’ll need to create an offer to make it purchasable.
To create and connect an offer:
Click Offers on the left-hand navigation bar.
Select + Add New Offer.
Fill out the offer details, including:
Name: What buyers will see at checkout.
Price: The one-time price for your OTP.
Features: Key inclusions or benefits.
Programs: Choose your duplicated OTP program.
Extras: Add any bonus materials or external links.
Description: A brief summary of the program and what users can expect.
Save your offer once complete.
