Mobile App Downloaded
User clicks purchase link.
Link opens directly inside the Playbook app.
Consumer is taken to the native app checkout screen.
They can confirm payment with credit card or Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Mobile Without App Downloaded
User clicks purchase link.
Link opens in mobile web checkout.
User can complete purchase with credit card.
After checkout, they’re prompted to download the Playbook app to access workouts.
Desktop
User clicks purchase link.
Link opens checkout page in browser.
User completes purchase with credit card.
User receives instructions to download the Playbook app and sign in.
Free Workout Flow
When a workout is toggled as a “Free Sample,” users can access it without entering payment details.
User clicks free workout link.
Workout opens in Playbook app if downloaded, or in web browser if not.
No credit card is required.
Channel Deep Link Flow
A channel deep link routes users to your overall channel page.
User clicks channel link.
If app is downloaded: link opens inside the app, displaying your channel.
If no app: link opens in web browser with a prompt to download Playbook.
One Time Purchase Program Deep Link Flow
A program deep link takes users directly to a specific program.
User clicks program link.
If app is downloaded: link opens the program inside the app.
If no app: link opens in mobile/desktop web with program preview and purchase option.
