How To Duplicate A Program
Step 1: Go To The Content Section and Click 'Programs' Tab
Log into your Creator Dashboard and click the Programs tab.
Step 2: Find The Program You Want To Duplicate
Locate the existing program you'd like to copy. This can be a live program or one that is still in draft form.
Step 3: Click The Three-Dot Menu
Click the three-dot icon (•••) on the right side of the program card. From the dropdown, select “Duplicate.”
Step 4: Edit The New Copy
Once a program is duplicated, it appears as a Draft — not yet published or visible to your users. From here you can:
Edit the title, description, cover image, and any program details
Change the program type (subscription vs. OTP) before publishing — once it's live, this cannot be changed
Add, remove, or reorder workouts
Connect it to an Offer via + Add to Offer before publishing
When And Why To Duplicate A Program
Strategy 1: Save Time By Reusing A Previous Program
If you're creating a program that’s similar to one you've already built, use the duplicate feature instead of starting from scratch. Just make a copy, adjust the workouts or flow, and publish it. This is perfect for:
Seasonal programs (e.g. “Summer Shred” → “Fall Shred”)
Slight variations in intensity, equipment, or format
A/B testing different formats or styles
Strategy 2: Convert A Program Into A One-Time Purchase
You can use duplication to move a program out of your subscription without losing it altogether. For example:
Retire a challenge from your subscription and relaunch it as a paid standalone product
Keep legacy content available to users who still ask for it, even if it's no longer in your main offering
Offer the same program for free or discounted access outside your subscription
This helps reduce content clutter in your subscription while still monetizing valuable past programs.
Strategy 3: Deliver Personalized Coaching With Hidden One-Time Programs
You can use duplication to support 1-on-1 coaching or private client work. Here's how:
Duplicate an existing program
Convert it to a one-time purchase
Set it to “hidden on your channel”
Share a direct purchase link with your client
Only that user will be able to access the program, making it feel like a private training product. You can duplicate that same base program for each new client going forward.
FAQs
Will Duplicating a Program Also Copy All Workouts?
Yes. All workouts, structure, and settings will be copied, but you can edit or remove any part of the new program.
Can I Duplicate a Program from Subscription to One-Time Purchase?
Yes. After duplicating the program, change its type to One-Time Purchase and publish it. Then go to the Offers section in your dashboard, create an Offer, set your price, and attach the duplicated program — that's what activates the purchase flow.
Will Users See Both Versions of the Program?
Only if both are published and visible on your channel. If you want to make the duplicated version private or hidden, be sure to update those settings before publishing.
If a Program and All its Workouts are Archived and a User has Downloaded and/or Favorited Workouts Within that Program, can the User Still View the Workout?
Yes, users can view workouts that have been favorited or downloaded even if you've archived them. These workouts will be listed in the respective 'Downloads' and 'Favorites' sections of the consumer app under Profile.
